Donna is a member of the Lehigh County’s Drug and Alcohol Advisory Board and a committee member of various recovery organizations in the Lehigh Valley. Her passion is to support families navigating the critical continuum of care in the recovery community. Donna speaks at countless town hall meetings and forums throughout the state, and is committed to the mission of bringing a youth recovery center to the Lehigh Valley.

Joan Halucha, B.S., C.A.D.C.

Board Vice President
Clinical Director, RAFT Treatment Center, LLC

Joan has been working in the field of addiction since 1982 and has been the co-owner and Clinical Director of RAFT Treatment Center, LLC since 2006. She worked enthusiastically with adolescents and their families in RAFT’s intensive outpatient program and through this experience recognized the need for recovery support services as an adjunct to treatment for this population.

Louise Muzio, LCSW

Louise has been working in the fields of addiction and mental health since 1982 and has been the co-owner and Project Director of RAFT Treatment Center, LLC since 2005. Louise has long recognized the need for specialized adolescent treatment and recovery support services designed especially with this population in mind.

Sharon Stauffer

Client Services Manager at Evans Wealth Strategies

Sharon became involved in the recovery community in 2001 when she joined a support group for parents with adolescents suffering from substance use disorder. Her experience led her to be involved in awareness programs in the Lehigh Valley. She is actively involved as Secretary for our board and is deeply passionate about the mission.

Megan Solt

Megan has a strong background in accounting and auditing for nonprofit firms, which makes her a perfect fit for managing the finances for our group. She is passionate about adolescent youth recovery, loves the outdoors and mountain biking, and spending quality time outdoors with her husband and their young son.

Judy recognized at an early age that she wanted to help others and was intrigued to learn more about the connection between the mind, body and behavior in her studies. She brings this passion to her work today and is an active member of our board who supports a mission to establish a youth recovery center in the Lehigh Valley.

Maureen is an experienced CPA who works with Hutchinson, Gillahan & Free, a local firm. She is a staunch advocate of nonprofit groups and also serves as Treasurer for the Southern Lehigh Music Parents (SLMP) Board. Maureen assists on fundraising and events.

REACH LV is a division of the 501(c)(3) RAFT group and welcomes youth of any race, religion or belief structure, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability status, nationality, social group, ethnic background, recovery pathway, or limited English proficiency.
